Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Whether it’s a sizing issue, color variation, or a defective item, we’re here to help.

  • Returns must be reported due to valid issues like incorrect size (not due to customer misselection), color mismatch, design discrepancies, or product defects.
  • Please refer to our sizing chart before placing your order. As sizing can vary by body type, we offer customization options upon request.
  • If a wrong size was selected by the customer at the time of order, we do not accept returns.
  • However, you may request an exchange, and the shipping cost for the replacement will be borne by the customer.

Terms & Conditions for Returns

Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags/staples attached.
  • Used, stained, worn, or damaged products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Use a trackable courier service for returns and share the tracking ID with our support team.
  • Returns must be sent to the same warehouse address from which the item was shipped.

Exchange Policy

If you received an item in the wrong size or color, or if there was an error in the shipment, we’re happy to arrange an exchange.

To start an exchange process:

1. Email us at info@leatherget.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
2. Once your request is approved, ship the item back using a trackable courier.
3. Upon successful inspection, we’ll process the exchange promptly.

Exchange Terms & Conditions

  • Items must be in original, unused condition.
    The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.
  • Return & Exchange Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email us at info@leatherget.com with:

  • Order number
    Clear pictures of the
  • product
  •  A valid reason for return or exchange

2. Ship the product using a trackable courier and share the tracking ID with us.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll confirm the status via email.

4. Refunds for accepted returns will be processed by our finance department within 03 business days.

5. Your bank may take between 5 to 14 business days to reflect the refund in your account.

Refund Policy

If your order arrives defective, or the size, color, or design doesn’t match what was confirmed, please contact us immediately at info@leatherget.com.

  • Upon confirmation, your refund will be processed within 3 working days.
  • Funds may take 5–14 business days to appear, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours will receive a full refund.
  • Orders canceled after 24 hours will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
    If only 3 days remain before dispatch, a 50% fee will apply.
  • Orders already dispatched cannot be canceled.

Restocking Fee

All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, in addition to return shipping charges. This helps us maintain efficient processing while continuing to offer you a premium service.
